• Using bots or scraping tools without permission.

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software on Propertize.rent are owned by or licensed to Indturbo Propertize Realtech Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Propertize.rent acts only as a platform connecting users. We do not verify listings or user conduct and are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from platform interactions.

We may suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time if a user violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
